Service Completion

Our bicycle assembly and customization services are completed upon delivery of the finished bicycle. All work is performed according to agreed specifications and manufacturer guidelines.

Inspection Period

Upon delivery, you have the opportunity to inspect the completed work. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any issues or concerns with the assembly or installation.

Adjustments and Corrections

If adjustments or corrections are needed due to our workmanship, we will address these issues at no additional charge. This includes re-adjustment of components, cable tension, or brake setup that may require fine-tuning.

Component Issues

If components provided by you are found to be incompatible or defective, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives. Component replacement costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the component was recommended and supplied by us.

Refund Policy

Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be provided. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for projects cancelled after work has started but before completion.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If issues arise due to improper assembly or installation within 30 days of delivery, we will correct these issues at no additional cost.

Limitations

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, misuse, or modifications made after delivery. Component warranties are handled through the component manufacturers.
